White Women Are The Men Of Women, In Corporate America & Beyond
The Primary beneficiaries of DEI, according to the US Department of Labor, have been white women (Karoline Leavitt), the group that is most silent when the issue of ‘qualifications’ comes up, because most should have none, and this is by design.
The highly rewarded among them are often those with the leanest set of forearms to hold up the patriarchy (Karoline Leavitt), not the ‘woke’ ones. As you might expect, compared to her predecessor’s qualifications, Karoline Leavitt has none. Her appointment came as a favor.
For those that have watched her press briefings, it’s clear as day she’s doing what she needs to do to return that favor, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
When I hear a person say that ‘race doesn’t matter’ in America, that’s usually a clear giveaway that they’ve not worked a day in corporate America where this dynamic couldn’t manifest more clearly.
There was a trend going around last year, asking black women who they would rather walk into a conference room as their boss; a white man or a white woman. The overwhelming majority chose the former.
