How many times a day do you not have an ID on you? In this current political environment, that makes you undocumented. If an ICE agent approaches you, under the precedent we’re setting that due process doesn’t matter, you’re gone.

Or let’s say you’re out in the park and you thought ahead and brought your ID with you, and an ICE agent approaches you, a real or a pretend one — you can’t really tell because they’re wearing a mask, and they’re not required to identify themselves — you show them your ID they say it’s fake.
