We’ve all had that one new manager who comes in as an outsider and makes it their priority to completely paralyze operations under the guise of ‘shaking things up’. It’s almost like they share a playbook; they dismantle existing structures, protocols, SOPs, and whatnot.

Whether or not they do it intending to look for some kind of improvement, or shake up corporate culture, it quickly becomes very clear, as more and more operations continue to become affected, that this person had no idea what to put in place of what they dismantled.

The executive order that Donald Trump signed yesterday titled ‘Blaming Joe Biden and his policies…’ to sign off on the commencement of investigations after the crash in DC, made me realize that nothing he has signed as an ‘executive order’ so far actually means anything.

As it turns out, the people who would be in charge of figuring out what happened in this crash and were probably the people who would have caught whatever caused the crash were pushed out and forced to resign by Donald Trump.
