The New York Supreme Court has suspended Rudy Giuliani’s law license — temporarily. The Appellate Division of the Court concluded that Rudy Giuliani in his capacity as Donald J. Trump’s personal lawyer lied about his client’s loss in the 2020 presidential election, by claiming that it was due to voter fraud.
The court noted that he lied at state legislative hearings, at press conferences, on radio broadcasts, as host and guest on podcasts, he lied on TV appearances and also in courts. He was literally lying everywhere.
The majority of Rudy Giuliani's lies with regards to Donald Trump’s election loss in 2020, were centered around numbers — the stupidest thing to lie about. The court found his numerical claims wildly divergent and irreconcilable.
