‘Obama Deported 800,000 Illegal Immigrants A Year’, So What’s Wrong With Trump Doing It?’ — MAGA
There’s a reason why Trump never includes ‘Obama’ … ‘deportations’ … & ‘wide open borders’ … in the same sentence. It’s because no president in recent memory has been able to match Obama’s numbers. How was he able to do it so quietly, and where was Dr. Phil those days?
Let’s start from the beginning.
Up until the ‘80s and ‘90s, most people caught illegally crossing the border, or anywhere close to the border — regions in major cities such as San Diego, Laredo, El Paso, and Brownin — were put on buses and transported back to Mexico, without the need for a court-issued deportation order. This meant that nothing prevented those same people from trying to re-enter the US again legally or illegally.
During the George W Bush administration things changed. More and more of those caught close to the border got ‘officially’ deported i.e. deportation orders were issued by courts, which meant they would be barred from legally entering the US for at least 5 years.
